This challenge started off as one vision and morphed as the week progressed. I don’t have this challenge scheduled on a regular basis, on our 6-year scope and sequence plan. Instead I think I’ll somehow combine this one with our Ozobot Bowling Challenge — making the accessories available to use when they bowl. In this challenge, students work in partners or small groups to code their Ozobot through a path or river or maze. Most students use marker coding with Ozobots, even my 5th graders. Some like to give the block coding a try, using Ozoblockly.
For the Work and Fun part of this challenge, students adorn their Ozobots with one of the 3D-printed accessories. These files cna be found on Thingiverse (search for Ozobot accessories).
- Tie Fighter
- Tug Boat
- Front Digger
- Forklift
- Baseball Hat
